I'd hope she'd be more sensible than to sit in the car with someone she's just watched consuming alcohol. I'd echo the thoughts of some here and say leave the car and try to keep to only a few if you don't want a work hangover. Failing that, sticking to non-alcoholic drinks doesn't make you a wuss but rather shows consideration for the safety of every other road user, pedestrians, you and her.
